True elegance is worn with confidence. Because every haute kaftan is a rare expression of our house (many 1-of-1 or 1-of-2), we have designed a return experience that honors both your peace of mind and the singularity of the garment.

• Return Window: 14 days from delivery.

• Condition: Unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached and custom cotton garment bag intact.

• Process: Contact our Global Concierge to initiate. US returns ship complimentary via FedEx; international returns subject to charge.

• Outcome: Eligible returns are processed as refund or exchange (subject to availability). Due to extreme scarcity, we cannot guarantee identical replacements.
